GP Strategies Training Ltd is a world leading training provider seeking to employ a full time ICT Assessor to deliver and promote apprenticeships to employers and employees within the service sectors.
You will be responsible for the delivery and/or assessment of training within the Apprenticeship/QCF programmes and maintaining the quality of provision to the standards determined by GP Strategies Training Ltd, OFSTED, Awarding Bodies, Skills Funding Agency, Young Peoples Learning Agency, Skills Development Scotland and other regulatory bodies.
Your success in this role will help to develop our organisation to further enhance our position within the government funded training industry
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To assist and support the Business Unit Director, Regional Operations Director and Management team with the implementation of the annual business strategy and development plan for the designated geographical area and skills sector.
To ensure the successful delivery of apprenticeship/QCF outcomes in line with STA contractual requirements and own individual Assessor target outcomes.
To maintain learner retention volumes in line with national and local targets.
